Hi Lindsay, I went to target Sunday looking for pocket charts (they only had mini charts so far) but I did see dry erase boards on the dollar shelves! Not sure exactly how much-1.00 or more-but try there.

I dont have any ideas for helping scrape off velcro, but GOO Gone works wonderfully to get sticky leftovers off desks. You can buy it at walmart and hardware stores.
I bought the ones on teachersclubhouse.com. I organized them into a binder, made all the copies, and gathered all the materials. I have only used them once, but it was a lifesaver! I don't buy a lot from there, but these were well worth it!
